vTv Therapeutics Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

High Point, North Carolina (June 15, 2015)

 

vTv Therapeutics LLC (vTv), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery and development of orally administered small molecule drug candidates, today announced it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock.

 

Piper Jaffray & Co. and Stifel are acting as joint book running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity and Janney Montgomery Scott will act as co-managers. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
